Jaclyn has been a high level nutrition coach for over 10 years. After battling and an eating disorder in high school and having body image issues for most her teenage years and early twenties, she decided to reach out for help. She was introduced to the macro-based approach to dieting, which completely changed her life. Having gone through her own physical and mindset transformation, she knew then that she wanted to pay it forward and help others accomplish the same thing, which led her to starting JSSC back in 2015.
We help men and women lean out / lose fat / improve body composition without sacrificing performance in the gym and in their day to day lives using our 4-step framework. This framework is designed to help our clients restore their metabolism for fast and efficient body composition improvements to set them up for long-term sustainable fat loss without taking drastic measures.
