NUTRITION WORKSHOP $60 for members / $80 FOR NON MEMBERS (OF THE HOST GYM)
Duration: 3-4 hours
This is an in-depth workshop on flexible dieting, beginning with the basics of macronutrients. We will then move into an analysis of how to balance your diet according to your personal goals and needs, and how to optimize your food choices. Open conversation is encouraged to cover any questions or individual situations. A minimum of 8 attendees is required for this workshop to run.
